Today 2 great meetings already
💥 Clients doing rates with me where we talked lots of scenarios. Their email has now beeped into my inbox so we’ll get that off to the lender and keep them on track.
💥 Next meeting was clients we helped into a property a couple of years ago - now wanting a decent top up for Reno’s they’ve completed. That’ll include a valuation at the end of the approval to show the lender the improved value & staying under 80%.

It’s all about a conversation (and looking after yr teeth) along with planning
Next up - getting that fringe trimmed so you can see me 🙃

Happy Monday. Soooo good to be back
This week we’ve got a solo guy settling on Friday and it’s been such a great journey. He’s got a tough job with 12 hr days so his sister has been alongside the whole time.
Nearly there!

Cool clients went unconditional and the photos were so awesome seeing the smiles on their faces. I’ll send rates to them today so we get the next steps going 🤩
Another set of clients based in Lower Hutt might be unconditional today - just waiting to hear from their legal team - yaaah

Clients messaging wanting to put an offer on a house going multi offer so we’ll check the conditions so we can go as short as we can 🤞 giving them a good chance ✅
And lots of clients refixes coming up - I’ll email them all 😊

Just landed back from LA from the huge MDRT conference. Brrrr…

Here til Wednesday with a conference of over 4500 people starting Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday then fly home that night. Weather is awesome😎

A cool couple settle today in Chch. Fabulous working with them - also a pre approval and lots of planning. Funds have already transferred to their lawyer so settling should go well 🤞Thx for having me as yr person along the journey 💕

Another set of clients got a house yesterday. A completed new build so the valuation is under way x.
And other clients offered however being mucked around a wee bit so 🤞 for them x

2 lots of clients of clients went unconditional. Yaah!

💥 Yesterday we had a cool couple settle in Wellington. They bought through a private sale however started off with a pre approval and out looking. Then this property appeared. Yaaah - happy clients 💕
💥 Today we’ve got clients settling in Chch. A cool English couple who also started with a pre approval. Did lots of looking & found such a nice home in the early $600s.

As you can see, it’s all about planning. Everyone is so different. I feel the sad thing is sometimes people think they can never do it and you probably can so it’s definitely worthwhile having chat. 
 I’m so happy for these couples this week and there’s another one coming up on Friday - yaaah

It’s all go today. I’ve had my coffee out with people I chat to every weekday about the world around us - gets my brain thinking when you meet like minded people.

Today I’ve got a couple of meetings for Interest rates & How 2 buy sessions.
I’ll also video call 3 sets of clients & wish them well for settlements this week
💥 They are all ready Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - awesome 🤩

Tomorrow waiting for lenders to let me know of clients going unconditional- that’s always a happy moment.

And a set of clients have messaged with acceptance of a completed new build with Ccc and title so that will all move ahead once we have the S & P agreement. They have a pre approval with us 😊

And some time for me today - maybe a Netflix movie however I’m currently reading a lot of Frieda McFadden books - she’s awesome.

You could sell stuff and use those $ to either clear debt or boost yr savings. With clothes I put them in piles.
Bin. Give to 2nd hand shop. Sell.
Or do you have 2 cars and only need 1?
I remember selling my kids clothes they outgrew and investing the $$s

It’s looking at things & thinking 🤔 do I really need this?
Over the weekend I saw someone’s house that was really full of stuff/clutter and it got me thinking 🤔

Next is then when you buy something?
Do I really need this?
I just got a new vacuum cleaner so my own post here will now nudge me to sell or gift the previous one sitting in the cupboard.

Clear house.
Clearer mind. Maybe $ in the bank.
