What an incredible two years it's been for us here at NZHL Karaka.
🏆 7 awards. 2 years. One amazing community 🏆
From helping local families achieve their goals to building lasting relationships within our community, we're proud of everything we've accomplished together.
Seeing these on our wall is a wonderful reminder of the trust our clients place in us every day.
Again, thank you for being part of our story so far.
Here's to two years of making mortgages work harder, and many more to come.
💙 Happy 2nd Birthday, NZHL Karaka!

Some people spend their weekends chasing the perfect IPA🍺
At NZHL, we're not here to tell you to cut out everything that makes life fun. We actually believe having a hobby is a pretty good investment too.
Because having a mortgage shouldn't mean your personality gets put on hold.
It should mean building a life where there's room for the mortgage and the things you're genuinely into.
Craft beer. Surfing. Pottery. Golf. Woodworking. Whatever fills your cup (or pint 😉).
Come talk to us about anything, your mortgage, insurance or your what Mike should try to brew next week: https://nzhl.co.nz/find-us/karaka/

More sunshine.
More beach days.
More moments that matter.
Your mortgage shouldn't stand in the way of the lifestyle you're working hard for ☀️
This spring, take a fresh look at where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow. Our team can help you build a plan that aligns your mortgage with your goals.

What a week! ✨
Our annual conference was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, celebrate the wins, learn from some incredible people and reflect on how far we’ve come.
Our Awards Dinner made the week even more special, with:
🏆 Elan Simich #1 Business Owner
🏆 Karaka #1 Franchise for Growth (second year in a row!)
What really makes these achievements meaningful is our clients.
We’re incredibly privileged to be trusted with some of the biggest financial decisions of people’s lives, helping them buy homes, grow their wealth, protect what they’ve built and ultimately work towards financial freedom. 🏡
Being part of those journeys and building relationships that last for years is what makes this so rewarding.
Very proud.
Very grateful.
Very excited for what’s next ❤️

🎉 We’re Turning ONE! 🎉
Today marks one year since NZHL Karaka opened its doors — and what an amazing year it’s been! We’re so proud to have helped so many in our community get smarter with their home loans and insurance, and we couldn’t have done it without your support. 💙
A massive thank you to our clients, friends, families, and of course, our superstar team!
Special shoutout to Owen and Anna — who we hope still want to work here after I made them take an impromptu anniversary photo this morning. No warning, no prep, just vibes. 📸😂
Here’s to many more years of serving the Karaka community — with fewer surprise photo shoots (maybe). 😉
