Key Responsibilities:
· Excellent communication and grasp of English language (including but not limited to speaking, listening, writing)
· Strong computer literacy (including but not limited to MS Office Suite, Cloud-based systems)
· Time management skills
· Assist in data entry.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
