Important information for organisations making payments to the Dutch Tax Administration:

Since 1 May 2026, the Dutch Tax Administration and the Benefits Office have been using new Rabobank account numbers.

The most commonly used account number for income tax, VAT, payroll taxes and corporate income tax is:

NL04 RABO 0200 1122 44

Different account numbers apply to certain other taxes and payments from a blocked account, or G-account. Always check the payment information provided with the relevant tax assessment, return or payment request.

It is also important to check where Dutch Tax Administration account numbers are stored within your organisation. This may include your financial records, online banking environment, payment templates, standing orders and SEPA or batch payment files.

Does a letter still state an old ING account number? Use the account number shown in that letter.

Please remain alert to phishing attempts. When in doubt, verify the account number through the official Dutch Tax Administration website or your secure tax environment.

The Wtta is getting closer.

And the question is not only whether your organisation sees itself as a temporary employment agency.

The real question is:

Are workers made available to another company, where they work under that company’s supervision and control?

If the answer may be yes, it is wise to assess your position in time.

The Wtta enters into force on 1 January 2027. From 1 January 2028, companies may only supply workers in the Netherlands with a valid admission, exemption or transitional status.

This may affect more organisations than traditional employment agencies.
