Experienced Hire: The experienced hire must have a minimum of 2.1 in BSc (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines). He/She must have 5 years of cognate experience in audit and project management. He/She must demonstrate strong leadership skills and have at least a "C" in English Language at WASSCE level.

Graduate Trainee: The graduate trainee must have a minimum of 2.1 in BSc (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines). He/She must have a minimum of six months relevant experience.
