He has been involved in several Human Resources, Administrative, Secretarial and legal capacities. He is the Legal Manager for the firm. MODE OF OPERATION
Equitas Credit Consulting Ltd does not use illegal ways to recover debts. The professional methods used make it possible for both debtors and creditors to become better friends after our recovery. The steps taken include the following:
1) Reconciliation of account of the debtors with the creditors
2) Negotiating the repayment schedule
3) Where necessary, debtor is rehabilitated
4) Where necessary, liquidation process is set into motion
5) Where necessary, picketing is used to force debtors to repay
