Stamp duties is fast becoming a major source of revenue to the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Tax news: Significant Economic presence provides conditions for taxable presence of Non-resident companies.
This is a significant shift from the fixed base principle which existed prior to the 2019 Finance Act.
