Second half already… and I just had to pause for a moment. 💙

It’s been a while since I said this, but today I’m truly grateful to God.

Grateful for life.
Grateful for good health.
Grateful for strength.
Grateful for seeing this quarter alive and sound… and for seeing the people around me doing well too.

The truth is, I may not be exactly where I want to be yet, but I’m grateful I’m no longer where I used to be.

And when I look back at how this year started, I can’t help but smile.

The love has been overwhelming.

From unexpected gifts…
To kind words…
To people showing up for me in ways I never imagined.

Even on my birthday in June, the messages, calls, the cash gifts and surprises meant so much — especially from people I met here and have never even met physically.

Who would have thought a space filled with profile pictures and posts could create real connections? 😂

Now, I won’t pretend the first quarter was a walk in the park.

There were challenges. There were moments I had to encourage myself and keep moving.

But through it all, God carried me.

And one of the biggest blessings has been the amazing people I’ve met here.

People who reached out and said:

"I don't know why, but I feel you're the right person for this."

Those words hit differently.

To everyone who has trusted me with their businesses, supported my work, recommended me, or believed in me regardless of where you are in the world…

Thank you. Truly. 🙏

Sometimes Facebook can feel like it’s all about algorithms, numbers, and analytics.

But the comments, shares, reactions, and messages remind me of something important:

Behind every account is a real person.

Kind people.
Generous people.
People who celebrate victories that aren’t even theirs.

And I’ll never take that for granted.

Hear This:
Before you face the world this week... pay attention to the conversation happening inside you.

Some of you smiled all weekend.

But deep down, you're carrying something heavy.

A job that still hasn't come.

A relationship that no longer feels the same.

A health concern you haven't told many people about.

A business that's taking longer than you expected to grow.

Or maybe you're simply tired of trying... and not seeing the breakthrough you prayed for.

You are not the first person to walk through a difficult season.

You won't be the last person God brings through one.

The biggest battle this week may not happen in your workplace, your business, or your home.

It may happen in your mind.

Don't let that voice become your truth.

Speak to yourself with the same faith you use when praying.

Tell yourself:

"I will keep showing up."

"I will keep believing."

"This season will not define my future."

"God is still working, even when I cannot see it."

Your circumstances may not change overnight.

But your perspective can.

And sometimes, that's where the breakthrough begins.

Isaiah 41:10 says:

"Fear not, for I am with you... I will strengthen you and help you."

Carry that promise with you this week.

Take the next step.

Make the call.

Send the application.

Have the conversation.

Pray again.

Hope again.

Keep moving.

Because God has never needed perfect circumstances to write a beautiful story.

I still remember the Slack message: "Sarah, leave it. They're green on health score, NPS, and usage. Stop hovering."

But I couldn't shake it.

Raj, their operations lead, had gone from asking three questions a week to one-word replies.

Their weekly review deck hadn't been opened in 11 days.

And their champion — the person who fought to buy us had been quiet in every internal thread.

Every dashboard said healthy. My gut said: we're about to be blindsided.

So I did what CS is really for.

I called their champion with no agenda. Not a check-in.

Not a QBR prep.

Just: "I noticed something feels off. What's actually happening on your side?"

Silence. Then: "We lost our budget owner. New CFO is reviewing every vendor. We might not renew."

That was 90 days before renewal.

Instead of panicking, we rebuilt the business case together.
