SSM ANNOUNCEMENT: Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) has issued Practice Directive No.8/2021 which will take effect on 1 June 2021, allowing applications for the Extension of Time (EOT) for the circulation and lodgement of financial statements and reports and holding of Annual General Meeting for companies with financial year ended AFTER 31 October 2020 up to 31 January 2021, for a period of 90 days.


Applications for EOT must be submitted to the Registrar of Companies between 1 June 2021 to 31 July 2021 via email to [email protected].
The application fee of EOT is waived.
