📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE: NEW SOCSO / PERKESO POLICY

Starting 1 June 2026, employees will enjoy 𝟐𝟒-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 under the new 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐦 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟒 𝐉𝐚𝐦 (𝐒𝐊𝐁𝐁𝐊), including coverage for accidents occurring 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬.

📌 WHAT EMPLOYERS NEED TO DO:
✔ Apply the new contribution rates starting 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 salary
✔ Ensure the new SOCSO rate is deducted from employees’ salaries (𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞)
✔ Ensure 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝟔𝟎 & 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞 (Second Category) are now subject to the additional SKBBK salary deduction
✔ Inform employees on updated PERKESO deductions and coverage
