The Institute of Commercial and Industrial Accountants, Malaysia (ICIA) was formed on 9 September 1980 under the Societies Act 1966. It is the 3rd largest Accountancy body formed in Malaysia after the MIA and MICPA. Members of ICIA at Certified and Fellow levels are entitled under the Constitution to designate themselves “Certified Accountant” and use the initials “CICA” or “FICA” as appropriate t  ...
