Registration of Individual Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) for New Employees

1. The e-CP22 system is currently undergoing maintenance. Therefore, registration of TINs for new employees through this system is temporarily unavailable.

2. Employers are required to ensure that new employees who are or may be liable to income tax have an Individual Tax Identification Number (TIN). If an employee does not have a TIN, the employee must apply for TIN registration through the MyTax Portal → e-Daftar.

3. The e-CP22 submission must be made within 30 days from the employee’s commencement date of employment.
