I know January is almost coming to an end, but I hope everyone is having a blessed New Year so far 🥰

For those of you who are new here, welcome!
My name is Yin Ling and I am a Wealth Advisor with FutureProof Advisory, since 2017.

As much as I'm excited for new beginnings, I have a lot to be grateful for last year, despite losing Mum to Cancer.

I've learned...
To be more kind with my words,
To recognize that every one grieves differently,
To respond better especially with family,
That it is more than okay to rest,
That there is no timeline when it comes to grief, and accept that it will be a part of my life from hereon,
That I can show up and show care in many different ways,
To be more patient with myself when learning how to maneuver this new family dynamic and everything else.

To my clients and friends,
Thank You for your kindness and understanding whilst I navigated an incredibly challenging year in 2025.
Your support throughout my career in this industry since I started has made it all worthwhile.

With renewed vigor in 2026, I will continue my mission to protect more lives and build strong financial portfolios with you, for you 😊

As I cross my 9-year mark in the financial services industry, my purpose remains the same - to be a beacon of hope for others and to always add value to the lives of people I am fortunate to meet.

During our team meeting this morning, we were asked to recall a client story that reminded us of our purpose of being in this career.

As I rummaged through my mental library, I smiled to myself. There were SO MANY meaningful moments and conversations that I've had with my clients and I still remember them to this day.
They are all so precious to me 🥰

I am truly blessed to have them in my community and am grateful that they have chosen to entrust me with matters of protecting them and their loved ones from a financial protection standpoint.

I promise to continue improving so that I can provide more value as your trusted advisor to even more of your family members, friends and the community you cherish.
