Fourteen years ago...

I never imagined I would build my career in the insurance industry.

The truth is...
I didn't believe in insurance.
Like many people, I had heard all kinds of negative comments.

One day, my late founder asked me whether I wanted to join this industry.
I didn't know how to reject him politely.
So I smiled and replied,
"Let me think about it."

That night, one question stayed in my mind.
"Is insurance really cheating people?"

Instead of guessing...
I decided to find out for myself.
I joined the industry with no intention of staying.

But the more I learned...
The more I realised...
Insurance itself wasn't the problem.
Poor advice was.
Lack of education was.
People buying products they didn't understand was.

That completely changed my perspective.

Fourteen years later...

I've had the privilege of helping families protect what matters most, mentoring a team, and building a career I never expected.

The biggest lesson?

Never sell a product.
Solve a problem.
