- Sound understanding of CCH Audit software and other accounting software programs.

Responsibility
- Perform audit on audit area as delegated by Team Leader
- liaise with clients, Manager and supporting staff
- Maintain a positive team dynamic

🔔温馨提醒
2021年一月一日起施行如果Transfer Pricing文件没办法在限定的14天内呈交给税务局
⏩罚款介于RM20,000 至 RM100,000 或监禁长达6个月或两者兼有。

⚠️别忘了这只是一个未开始进行审查的前菜。。。
罚款后你还是要赶工把那Transfer Pricing文件完成呈交给税务局继续检查。

⚠️Is your company having transactions with associated persons or related parties?

⚠️Do you know that your Company may need to prepare Transfer Pricing documentations (similar to a report)? It may be 3 to 7 years of records (case to case basis).

🔔Warm reminder
Effective from 1st January 2021, if the Transfer Pricing documentations cannot be furnished to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) within 14 days as required by the IRB,
⏩Fines ranging from RM20,000 to RM100,000 or imprisonment for up to 6 months or both maybe imposed by the IRB.

⚠️Don’t forget that this is just an initial stage as TP audit has yet to be officially commenced...

Pls bear in mind that you still have to proceed to prepare and complete the Transfer Pricing documentations and to submit to the IRB even though the above mentioned penalty has been imposed by the IRB.
