There are moments in our workplace when you are upset, frustrated with another team members or in a more serious situation, do not want to work with the other person due to trust-issues.

To address these issue, PERSOL PBS has organised the "Re-Imagine" training to improve workplace personality because this will make us feel more confident, more dependable and easier to work with ( a good team player).

[Part 2]PERSOL PBS arranged a team-building activity at Beacon Resort to improve communication and engagement between team members to strengthen trust and breakdown barriers between departments.

The teams set-off to Beacon Resort located about 1.5 hours in capital Kuala Lumpur and into a nature-focused retreat offering relaxing amenities like natural hot springs, river, jungle trails and healthy-balanced meal at the resort.

One of our key training is professional communication in workplace. Our talents are put into brainstorming activities identifying what are positive and negative communication that is relevant in their own workspaces.

We would like to thank Beacon and Timeout for hosting, organising the activities and our talents to participate wholeheartedly.

Acceptable workplace communication and behavior matters. During our recent training, our talents were given a task to list out different type of "Acceptable Workplace Communication & Behavior".
