3️⃣ The "Chain-Death" Reset: While waiting for the paperwork to clear, something tragic happens—one of the main beneficiaries (e.g., the elderly mother or a sibling) passes away.
What happens then? The whole legal process hits the RESET button. 🛑

Now, you have to file a brand new application, trace a whole new layer of heirs, and the clock restarts from year zero.

This is exactly how properties become abandoned, families split apart, and RM90 billion is left rotting in government vaults.
Writing a will isn't about how much money you have today. It's about buying your family a "fast pass" out of a multi-year legal nightmare.

Is the era of the "𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫" over? 🌍🚫

The recent news regarding UK medical graduates being placed on "reserve lists" is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s a wake-up call for every student and parent betting on a degree as a one-way ticket to a life abroad.

Whether it’s 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑼𝑲, 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑼𝑺, 𝒐𝒓 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝑨𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒂, the "Safe Bet" has vanished. We are witnessing a perfect storm:

1️⃣ The "𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭" Surge: Developed nations are aggressively prioritising domestic-trained talent. Even with a prestigious degree, if you didn’t train on their soil, you’re increasingly being pushed to the back of the line.

2️⃣ The 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐆𝐥𝐮𝐭: We are producing more degree-holders than there are specialized training slots or job openings. The "degree-to-job" pipeline is officially clogged.

3️⃣ Moving Goalposts: 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 policies are no longer stable for the duration of a 4-6 year degree. What was a "guaranteed pathway" when you enrolled in Year 1 can become a closed door by the time you're in your final year.

The reality? A 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 is still a powerful tool, but it is no longer a guaranteed passport.

Is the "𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦" still worth the massive tuition fees if the job isn't guaranteed at the end? 💸

Or should students start focusing on 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 where they are the priority?
