Today, through a remarkable collaboration program between University of Lincoln and Manipal International University, we and our students were presented with an extraordinary opportunity to embark on an insightful journey together.

As an accountant and academician, I was particularly eager and enthusiastic about this unique experience, which allowed our students to witness firsthand the exemplary operations and excellence of a renowned organization like Baker Tilly Malaysia

During the visit, we were warmly welcomed by their talented team, who graciously shared their expertise and knowledge with us. From the moment we stepped into the office, we could feel the vibrant energy and passion that fuels their work. It was evident that Baker Tilly is committed to excellence and continually strives for innovation in their solutions and services.

💡 One aspect that stood out to me was their emphasis on fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Every team member, from the top-level executives to the interns, seemed to be genuinely valued and encouraged to contribute their unique perspectives. This atmosphere of camaraderie undoubtedly plays a significant role in their success.

If anyone had asked me before the visit what I expected, I can confidently say that my expectations were exceeded. It was not just about understanding their business operations; it was about the invaluable connections we and our srudents made with industry professionals and fellow enthusiasts. The networking opportunities were immense.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Baker Tilly team specially Dato' Lock Peng Kuan FCCA , Mr. Andrew Choong for graciously opening their doors to us and providing such an enriching experience, not forgetting the support given by team represented by Ms. Michelle Clement and Ms. Sabrina Seah Your passion for what you do and dedication to excellence are truly commendable. I know it's pretty difficult to carry on, especially with all that is going on around.

I know you tried your best to build something, to grow something the very whole time and when the time came for it to blossom, everything seemed to have fallen apart all over again.

I know you feel angry and hostile and you seek answers but hold on,

Hold on, dear heart for it doesn't matter how many times you fall but how you remember to walk ahead having full faith on the Justice of Time.

Hold on, dear heart for Faith is not when you carry on when the way is smooth and lit but when you cross tunnels of darkness to become the light yourself,

for Faith is knowing He is there with you, even in the darkest of nights and the fiercest of storms.

Hold on, dear heart for Nothing is certain in a world that revolves around a star of Fire, only that you have the same fire within yourself, the very Stardust that He has put in your soul.

And no matter what, carry on, walk ahead with kindness and grace, seep deep in that passion of hard work that pushes you to wake up in the morning to create something, to grow something and to find something wherein you can pour a flicker of your spirit, while wearing the smile of goodness, the very one that makes you, You.

Hold on, dear heart! We will grow our garden, all over again, with a little more sunshine and a smile of strength!
