The new MFTIL has given taxpayers a lot to think about.

Last Friday, we brought together more than 800 participants for our complimentary webinar on the Malaysia Transfer Pricing Guidelines on Controlled Financial Transactions: Intra-Group Loans (MFTIL).

A big thank you to our speakers, Sylvia Song and Wong Chun Kit, and our invited panelist, Puan Suhani Binti Anuar of the IRBM, for sharing their insights on the new Guidelines, practical implications for taxpayers and some of the key questions surrounding intra-group loans.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussion. We hope the session provided useful perspectives on what the new Guidelines mean in practice and what businesses should consider next.
