Jika anda bercadang untuk memohon *lesen perniagaan*, ada satu dokumen penting yang WAJIB ada:

Tapi persoalannya ๐ค
โ Adakah anda pasti perjanjian sewa anda *akan diluluskan oleh pihak majlis bandaraya/ perbandaran*?
โ Anda yakin permohonan tidak akan *dipulangkan semula* kerana perjanjian sewa tidak lengkap?

Pastikan *nama landlord dalam Perjanjian Sewa adalah sama seperti nama dalam bil Cukai Taksiran*.
โ ๏ธ Contohnya, perjanjian sewa guna nama syarikat, tetapi bil cukai atas nama individuโini boleh menyebabkan **permohonan dipulangkan**.

Untuk permohonan lesen perniagaan, anda boleh menghantar *salinan perjanjian sewa*.
Tapi, pastikan salinan tersebut mempunyai:

โ๏ธ Tandatangan tuan tanah
Tanpa tandatangan, dokumen **tidak akan diterima** โ
๐ท๏ธ 3๏ธโฃ Duti Setem LHDN
Ada tuan premis (Landlord) yang tidak menyediakan *perjanjian sewa yang telah disetem oleh LHDN*.
Tetapi untuk permohonan lesen perniagaan, dokumen ini **WAJIB**.
Daripada bergaduh atau menunggu tuan premis terlalu lamaโฆ

As salary requirements double for Employment Passes, weโd like to remind employers that a Professional Visit Pass (PVP) can also be used to hire foreign talent ๐โจ
Unlike an EP, a PVP has no minimum salary requirements!
Of course, it comes with its own tradeoffs, namely:
โ Valid for up to 12 months only
โ Generally non-renewable
โ No dependents
Still, we imagine there are many situations where a PVP is a smart alternative when an EP is simply out of reach.
