根据 SSM 最新指引：
💡所有 LLP 必须申报「谁是真正控制公司的人」（Beneficial Owner, BO）
💡如果没在 Deadline 或 Grace Period 前提交，将面临以下罚款：
🔹 每位 Partner & Compliance Officer 可被罚款高达 RM20,000
🔹 若持续违规，每日还会被额外罚款 RM500

⏰ Grace Period 截止：31/10/2025
再不交就要中罚款啦！😱

👉 谁是 Beneficial Owner？
✅ 直接或间接持有 ≥20% 资本或表决权
✅ 能够正式或非正式影响 LLP 决策
✅ 有权任命或罢免多数合伙人
✅ 与他人协议下单独控制 LLP
