Phase 2 (2026): ≤ 2M turnover, ≤ 2M assets, ≤ 20 employees
Phase 3 (2027): ≤ 3M turnover, ≤ 3M assets, ≤ 30 employees

The audit exemption does not apply to:
Public companies or their subsidiaries
Foreign companies

Turnover excludes sales of fixed assets.
Assets include both current and non-current assets.
Directors are not counted as employees.
