The PERKESO LINDUNG 24 Jam Scheme is now open for employees to make their participation choice.

To assist employers and employees, we have prepared a simple step-by-step guide on how to complete the selection online.

Steps:
✅ Step 1 – Log in or create your account at the PERKESO LINDUNG Portal.
✅ Step 2 – Complete the participation form.
✅ Step 3 – Choose whether you wish to participate or opt out, select your employer, and submit your declaration.
✅ Step 4 – Verify your submission and download the declaration form for your records.

Employer Alert 📢

Following the latest announcement, the PERKESO 24-Hour Protection Scheme is now voluntary for Malaysian employees but remains mandatory for foreign workers.

Suggested action for employers:
✅Notify your Malaysian employees.
✅Obtain a signed Opt-In / Opt-Out Declaration from each employee.
✅Keep the declarations in your HR records.
✅Continue enrolling all foreign workers as required by law.

PERKESO will introduce the LINDUNG 24 JAM Scheme effective 1 June 2026, extending social protection coverage for employees beyond working hours.

Under this new scheme, eligible employees will receive protection for accidents occurring outside the workplace and outside official working hours — providing broader security coverage for daily life activities.

✅ Covers non-work-related accidents
✅ Medical treatment support under PERKESO panel facilities
✅ Contributions are borne by employees via payroll deductions

Setiap perniagaan perlu mempamerkan Perakuan Pendaftaran Perniagaan (sijil) di premis bagi membuktikan perniagaan anda berdaftar secara sah serta meningkatkan keyakinan pelanggan.

Kegagalan mempamerkan sijil boleh dikenakan tindakan di bawah Akta Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1956 [Akta 197], iaitu denda sehingga RM2,000 atau penjara sehingga 6 bulan atau kedua-duanya.
