The e-Invoice exemption threshold has been increased from RM1 million to RM3 million, effective 1 September 2026.
✅ Annual revenue/sales up to RM3 million – Exempted from e-Invoice
⚠️ Annual revenue/sales above RM3 million – e-Invoice requirements apply, subject to the applicable implementation timeline.
