📣 SOCSO New Policy effective from 1 JUNE 2026

➡️Skim Kemalangan Bukan Bencana Kerja (SKBBK) – “Lindung 24 Jam” announced by the government will take effect on June 2026.

➡️SKBBK was introduced to provide eligible employees with 24 hours protection during their employment period, including coverage for accidents occurring outside working hours that are not directly connected to their employment or job duties.

➡️The additional premium will be fully borne by employees.

📣社险机构新政策自2026年6月1日起正式生效

✅政府宣布的“非工伤意外事故计划”（SKBBK）— “24小时保障计划” 将于2026年6月起正式生效。

✅SKBBK计划是为符合资格的员工在受雇期间提供24小时全天候保障，包括涵盖在非工作时间发生且与其受雇关系或工作职责无直接关联的意外事故。

✅相关额外保费将由员工全额承担

Taxpayers with an annual turnover or revenue of less than RM1million are exempted from issuing e-Invoice.
However, taxpayers in this category are encouraged to implement the e-Invoice voluntarily to digitize their business documentation and improve the efficiency of business operations.
