👉 租金与租赁服务税
从原本 8% 下调至 6%

为什么要下调？
⭕️ 以前税率：0% → 8%，骤升太快
⭕️ 商家压力大 → 多位部长呼吁减轻负担
⭕️ 政府参考国家税务体系：最低税率通常 6%
👉 所以宣布：降至 6%

👉 Rental & leasing service tax
Reduced from 8% to 6%

Why the reduction?
⭕️Previous rate: 0% → 8%, too steep a jump
⭕️High pressure on businesses → Several ministers called for relief
⭕️Government referred to national tax framework: minimum rate usually 6%
👉 Hence, the rate is reduced to 6%
