SSM’s system is currently experiencing slower processing than usual. Company registrations may take longer than the normal processing time.

2) MM2H Application
A 6-month bank statement is now required for MM2H applications. Applicants are advised to prepare the required documents accordingly.

The e-Invoice threshold has been increased from RM1 million to RM3 million annual turnover.

This means businesses with annual turnover of RM3 million or below are not required to implement e-Invoice.

Effective from 1 September 2026.
