Our Leading with Passion programme continued with an inspiring session, where our Managers had the privilege of learning from Maya Raichoora, the UK's leading expert in mental fitness and visualisation, in an immersive learning session.

Through practical techniques and powerful insights, the session challenged us to rethink how mental fitness can enhance resilience, sharpen focus, and unlock peak performance, not just in the workplace, but in everyday life.

Today marks the launch of the third edition of BDO Leading With Passion, a key leadership development initiative that brings together more than 25 of our Managers, with the support and commitment of our Managing Partner and Partners.

BDO MAURITIUS CONFERENCE 2026

BDO Mauritius hosted member Firms across the region for a Conference at Le Méridien bringing together leaders from across Africa, Europe and delegates from the Global team, for two days of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic discussions.

Trond-Morten Lindberg, the incoming Global CEO was also present during the conference, strengthening the shared ONE Africa vision and the strategic priorities and growth ambition.

The conference focused on the ONE Africa initiative, provided a valuable platform to strengthen relationships across the BDO network, exchange insights, and explore opportunities for sustainable growth and business development. By bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise, the event reinforced our shared commitment to building a more connected, collaborative, and unified BDO presence across the African region.

As we continue to navigate an evolving business landscape, the conference highlighted the collective strengths that drive our network forward and reaffirmed the importance of working together as ONE BDO to deliver exceptional client service, always and everywhere.
