The Baker Tilly Mauritius team had an absolute blast at our annual Financial Year-End Party, set against the backdrop of an idyllic location and surrounded by great company.

The evening was packed with surprises, exciting activities, lots of laughter, and memorable moments. We also took time to celebrate and recognise the incredible individuals whose dedication, hard work, and achievements have contributed to our success throughout the year.

We are pleased to host the Executive ESG Session "From Compliance to Competitiveness" with Mark Lumsdon-Taylor from MHA UK.

Thank you MCCI, UN Global Compact Network Indian Ocean and Sustainability Leaders from different Industries who responded present to explore the global shifts already impacting Mauritian businesses.

🌍 On World Environment Day, we proudly launched the first training of the NextGen Conservation Project at Baker Tilly Mauritius.

The project is led by Saska Consulting with the support of Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF), with the aim of empowering the next generation of conservation leaders and practitioners.

Bringing together passionate young individuals from a wide range of academic backgrounds, the inaugural session focused on Foundations of Conservation and Systems Thinking and explored the interconnected nature of environmental challenges and the importance of holistic, long-term solutions.

We were privileged to be joined by Anjena Seewooruthun, Ravi Luckhun, and François Baguette, who shared their valuable insights, experiences, and perspectives with participants. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, attendees were encouraged to rethink conventional approaches to environmental problem-solving and embrace systems thinking as a tool for meaningful impact.

It was a great start to an exciting learning journey and we look forward to the upcoming sessions and hope to continue empowering the next generation of conservation leaders.
