Nick was planning to do Intraday Trading with the information which he saw in the different media about the specific company earnings announcements.
Earnings were excellent according to him. He decides to take an Intraday Trading on specific company. At First, he buys the shares of the company and Price of the shares initially goes up, but he didn't book his profits wanted to wait more.
Then price takes a U turn from the peak of the day. It falls relentlessly, Nick gets panic during the fall, so he decides to take the loss.
His emotions not accepting the loss and keeps urging to do something about the loss.
He starts Chasing Loss here!
Again, he short sell the same company share at the bottom of the day. Price spurs from the bottom back to the peak.
Nick Again gets panic on the price rise and books the loss.
