I’ve tried reaching HNB Life through several different channels, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get through. I even tried the customer care hotline—after several attempts, I started wondering if everyone was taking a well-deserved nap! 😄
Jokes aside, this is a serious concern. Please take customer service more seriously and ensure that customers can actually reach someone when they need assistance. Kindly look into this issue and improve the accessibility of your customer care service.
