Strengthening Inter-Agency Collaboration for a Transparent Sri Lanka.
The Inland Revenue Department successfully held the 3rd Working Group Committee meeting for Combatting Tax & Financial Crimes on June 02, 2026, at the IRD Head Office. This collaborative session brought together key representatives to strengthen joint strategies and operational synergy: Sri Lanka Customs, Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), Attorney General’s Department and Department of Excise and Inland Revenue department (IRD). Our focus remains strong on boosting inter-agency collaboration to combat financial crimes and build a transparent economy.
