⚠️ Important Update for Employers

From the Year of Assessment 2025/2026, it is mandatory to include each employee’s Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) in Schedule 01 of the APIT Annual Statement.

If an employee record is submitted without a TIN, the RAMIS system will reject the record, and the employee will not receive credit for the APIT deducted when filing their Individual Income Tax Return.

✔ Ensure all employees are registered with the Inland Revenue Department
✔ Confirm each employee has a valid TIN before submission
