Important Regulatory Update

We wish to inform our valued clients that there will be an increase in the existing company registration fees in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act No. 12 of 2025 (as amended), which came into effect through Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2480/48.
Please note that these provisions will also apply to companies that have already commenced or completed their registration processes. In addition, all incorporated companies are required to submit Beneficial Ownership forms to the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
