Valuation from an approved ECCB appraiser (instruction to appraiser to be issued by Capita)

Compliance letter from Inland Revenue for Property Tax &/or Personal Tax

Compliance Letter from National Insurance Corporation

Proof of Address

Estimates/ Quantities from certified individual (construction)

Approved Plan from Development Control Authority (Construction)
Where the area of repairs / extension exceeds more than one third of the lot size approval from DCA will be required.

Banking reference, ie statement of bank statement &/or reference letters.

Copy of Credit Rating

Non Nationals of the O.E.C.S & Barbados will require “Alien Land Holding License” prior to loan being disbursed and will require an application being made by Capita to approve the loan.

5. Personal Guarantee from the Directors (If a company)

6. Mortgage over the fixed and floating assets of the company if funds were used to finance any equipment purchases. (If a company)
