👉 サービスを受けた月に
👉 社内で「バウチャー（社内伝票）」を作成し、
WHT（源泉税）の申告・納税が必要になります。

To all businesses operating in Cambodia,
Please be aware that a new tax rule has been announced.
From now on, “Processing expenses only after receiving the invoice”
may no longer be sufficient in some cases.
👉 Even if the invoice has not yet been received,
👉 You must recognize the expense in the month the service is provided,
👉 Prepare an internal voucher, and
👉 Declare and pay WHT (Withholding Tax) accordingly.
