Small profits running

I expect XAUUSD to go up, but as at now, there is no buy set up for me. I have an intraday sell setup, but I don't have a lot of confidence with a sell due to to other market conditions that make me believe we are preparing to buy.

EU playing out as predicted two days ago. The charts soeak for themselves. I don't have to add much of my voice.

One good analysis is all you need to make money. We drew thee lines about 4 days ago and we are still following them. The bulls came in very strongly. The long term, according to this analysis is still a bull market, but remember in every period, there are sub period, which are always in chaos. What I mean is that in a single bullish daily candle, there might be different intraday trends- similar case on any candle. I have not buy setup at this time. I also don't believe in following the market when it leaves me. I want to take only those trades that will require me to place a very small stop loss, and earn big returns in the end. On 22nd of September, 2016, I got a chance, along with a few traders to meet the entire board and management of Capital Markets Authority over the Future of Online Forex Trading in Kenya. By then, they wanted to know exactly what Fx is about, so we used the opportunity to teach them basics of Forex trading, from what is Forex, to downloading mt4, and a few basics of mt4.

We then made some suggestions of what we thought they should change from their first proposed regulations. Yesterday, two of us were invited in a meeting to discuss the Act on Online Forex Trading in Kenya. It a was a meeting attended by CMA, Treasury, Regulators from UK and Malaysis, Broker representatives and some Traders, in different capacities. While we did not agree with everything that has been suggested in the Act, I can proudly say that a lot has been done towards coming up with a proper regulatory framework; in fact, I think 80% of the Act has no major problem.

I won't be able to write everything because of time, but I thought this would be of interest to some of you. The regulations are mainly aimed at protecting the public, and overseeing the conduct of brokers and fund managers.

Dealing Brokers will be required to have a paid up capital of Kshs- 50Million. Non delaing- 30Million. To be a fund manager, you will be required to pass the comliance requirements and have a paid up capital of Kshs. 10 Million shillings.

The first draft did not recognize fund managers, at least now people will trade without the fear of being raided by the government.
