Here is a short read on Attitude and Lifestyle Change
ATTITUDE AND LIFESTYLE CHANGE: The Missing Pillar in Retirement Readiness
Most of us spend our careers focused on income growth, climbing the ladder, and securing pensions. But here’s what’s often overlooked: 👉 It’s not just about how much you save.

Happy New Week folks!
October has flown just like that and the festive season is nigh.
🎄 Tis the season... to budget wisely! 🎄
You know how it goes: December comes around, and suddenly, you’re a “YES” person — yes to dinners, yes to trips, yes to gifts that will make Santa look stingy. 🎅🎁 But come January? It’s Cabbage and Sukuma Wiki for dinner and mayai ugali until payday. ☕️💸
You are just going to freeball it, right? Besides you have survived throughout the year and nothing has happened.
Don’t let the festive fever empty your pockets faster than your holiday shopping cart! A little budgeting now = a happier, stress-free new year. 🎉
💡 Pro-tip: Plan your festive fund. You’ll thank yourself in January when the only leftovers you’re enjoying are from holiday dinners, not your bank account! 💳✨

We posted a story on our timeline two months ago about bank accounts with 500,000 Kenyan shillings. The story has resurfaced and has radio personalities talking to Kenyans who some unfortunately say they have never even seen 100,000 shillings in a bundle let alone 50,000. Now the Central Bank of Kenya has attributed this to a poor saving culture and I find that explanation woefully misleading and lazy. This narrative has been carried on for ages; it is now getting tired and demands that the real issues be addressed. Notwithstanding, the poor saving culture, something else is afoot. Economic crisis, poor governance, corruption, inequality of opportunities! It is time we addressed the crux of issues without beating the dead horse that is 'Poor saving culture'.

Today, we honour the bravery of our past heroes, but we must also celebrate the strength, resilience, and determination of our youth—the heroes of today and tomorrow. In the face of challenges, the Kenyan youth continue to rise, redefining what it means to be brave in the modern world.
From creating opportunities through innovation to standing tall for their beliefs, they embody the spirit of perseverance, carrying forward the dreams of a nation. As they navigate a world of shifting landscapes, their courage and resilience fuel our collective hope for a brighter future.
To the young heroes shaping Kenya’s destiny: your grit, passion, and tenacity are the lifeblood of our nation. Keep pushing forward, keep breaking barriers. You are the heartbeat of Kenya’s resilience, and your strength is our country’s greatest asset. 💪🏾🇰🇪

Good morning from Naivasha!
When it comes to scheme governance, think of it like a well-balanced retirement cocktail. You’ve got the trustees stirring the pot, making sure every ingredient—whether compliance, risk management, or investments—blends smoothly. But add ethical decision-making into the mix, and suddenly it’s not just about numbers; it's about principles.
You wouldn’t want your retirement funds spiked with questionable choices, right? Trustees must resist the temptation of short-term gains like they would an unsolicited “get-rich-quick” email.
After all, steering a pension scheme requires more than just sharp financial acumen; it demands a moral compass with its true north set to fairness, transparency, and the long game—ensuring that future retirees can sip their well-earned pensions without a bitter aftertaste. That is where we come in.
We are committed to making sure that your pension schemes work!
