📢 NEW KRA TCC REQUIREMENT

Starting October 2025, you can only get a Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) if you meet these key conditions:
• You’re registered and compliant on eTIMS/TIMS (Electronic Tax Invoice Management System)
• All your tax returns are filed on time
• You have no outstanding tax liabilities, or you’ve arranged an approved payment plan
• You’re compliant with VAT if applicable

This means TCC approval now depends not only on filing returns, but also on being active and compliant in eTIMS.
