***Deadline Extended to the 31st October for the Joint Filing Election for personal tax***

The deadline for eligible couples to opt in for joint tax filing has been extended until 31 October.

So far, around 4,000 of the 14,000 eligible couples have chosen to continue joint filing.

If eligible couples do not opt in by 31 October, they will receive separate tax returns for the 2026 year of assessment.

⛳ What a day at La Moye!

We were delighted to sponsor the Rock Accounting Open today for a 4th time and what a fantastic event it was. The event was played today having been postponed earlier in the Summer due to the Heatwave and extreme temperatures.

A huge thank you to Alex Mollin and AMP Golf Performance for all the hard work in making the day such a success,to Jersey Golf for their continued support in finding a home for it on the Schedule and also La Moye Golf Club for being a fantastic host.

And of course, thank you to everyone who took part. It was brilliant to see the course buzzing with great golf, friendly competition and plenty of smiles.

As a local business we are very proud to support golf in Jersey and events that bring the local community together.

🏆 Congratulations to Annabel for winning the overall prize with great scores of 72 and 73 and well done to all the winners and thank you to everyone who competed!

Yesterday, we were delighted to be the Match Sponsor for Grimsby Town Football Club as they welcomed Bristol Rovers.

As a family business, it means a great deal to us to be associated with a club that is such an important part of their local community and our family.

There was something particularly special about being able to share the day with the family and watch the next generation enjoy the matchday experience. These are the moments that make supporting your local club so worthwhile.

We are hiring!

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our friendly accounting team!

This is an office based role working a minimum of 20 hours per week. We are happy to consider term time hours if required.

No specific qualifications required but candidates must have previous bookkeeping experience, be a client focused team player and ideally be competent with Quickbooks, Xero and Excel.

Yet again Jersey Seafaris and the weather couldn’t have been better for our Staff Summer Social.

Another great trip around the South coast and Jersey was really showing off in the summer sunshine.

The Rock Accounting Open is just around the corner and we are delighted to continue to sponsor the event and see it grow year on year. The event is being held at La Moye Golf Club for the first time this year having been held for the first 3 editions at Royal Jersey and is set to be a fantastic day with some of the Islands best golfers participating.

Thank you to Jersey Golf and AMP Golf Performance for their continued support of the event and increasing its profile year on year as well as JEP Sport for the great write up in today’s paper.

THE Rock Accounting Open returns for its fourth year on Thursday 25 June, set to take place at La Moye Golf Club for the first time. We are once again delighted to be supporting a number of local sporting teams and events this year. It is so important to us to support the local Jersey community where we can, as a business focused on the local market.

Our advertising board continues to be up at Farmers CC ahead of what promises to be another exciting season.

For the first time, this season we are supporting the Chirpy's Cricket Club Foundation, with the Rock Accounting logo appearing on over 100 junior playing shirts. This is very exciting for us, and we are proud to be associated with the Foundation.

At the end of June, La Moye Golf Club will host the 4th Rock Accounting Open, which continues to grow in stature on the Jersey Golf local schedule, with the field already over 50% full.

Finally, later this month, we are supporting Tigers Swimming Club - Jersey at the Junior Meet in Guernsey, where some of the clubs strongest swimmers will be competing against teams from our island neighbours.

In each instance, supporting local is at the forefront of our decision to get involved and thank you to all those who help make these events and teams possible.
