🇬🇧 We were in Düsseldorf for - Global Exhibition, and one of the most interesting issues to emerge was closely tied to Europe: how strategic could aluminium recycling become for the security and resilience of its supply chain?
With demand for aluminium continuing to grow, European industry is increasingly looking at the resources it already has available. But recovering aluminium is only part of the equation: the industry also needs quality material, properly sorted alloys, traceable flows and reliable volumes.
This is where recycling becomes more than an end-of-life issue and becomes part of the supply chain itself. From scrap to End of Easte as secondary raw material, aluminium’s value today also lies in our ability to make it available to industry once again.
