The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is organising
an Online Open House Session on Thursday, 20
August 2026, from 11:00 AM onwards, under the
guidance of Shri Ansuman Pattnaik, Additional
Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to address
issues being faced by stakeholders in the voluntary
strike-off process of Companies and LLPs.

The session will cover stakeholder issues relating to:

🔹 Filing of Form STK-2 and LLP Form 24, including common reasons for
resubmission/rejection;

🔹 Pre-requisites and compliances before applying for
voluntary strike-off;

🔹 Authentication and certification of documents
submitted with Form STK-2 and LLP Form 24; and

🔹 Other practical issues relating to the voluntary
strike-off process
