🚨 BIG RELIEF FOR DEFAULTING COMPANIES
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has introduced
Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026).
This is a one-time opportunity for companies to regularise pending annual filings at a heavily reduced additional fee.
🗓 Scheme Period: 15.04.2026 to 15.07.2026
🔎 Key Benefits:
✔ File pending Annual Return (MGT-7 / 7A)
✔ File Financial Statements (AOC-4 series)
✔ Pay only 10% of additional fees
✔ Apply for Dormant status at 50% fees
✔ Apply for Strike Off at 25% fees
Under Section 403, delay normally attracts ₹100 per day without upper limit.
This scheme can save companies lakhs in additional fees.
⚖ Immunity from penalty under Sections 92 & 137 (subject to conditions).
After 15 July 2026, strict action will resume against defaulting companies.
If your company has 2–5 years pending compliance,
