For the month of September, Single ECR will only be filed with the contribution calculated appropriately taking into account the two wage ceiling periods i.e. Rs 15000 (16 days) & Rs 20000 (14 days)

CBDT has simplified TDS compliance for resident individuals and HUFs purchasing immovable property from non residents.

From October 1, 2026, buyers can deposit and report TDS using their PAN through Form 141, without obtaining TAN. A new Schedule E has also been introduced specifically for such property transactions.
