Important Update for GST Taxpayers ⚠️
From February 2026, while filing GSTR-3B, taxpayers must open the “Tax Liability Breakup” tab and click SAVE before filing the return.
This breakup will now be auto-populated based on invoices reported in GSTR-1 Return.
As per Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 Section 50, interest may apply if the tax of a previous period is paid in a later period.
📌 For now:
Before filing GSTR-3B Return Form, simply open the Tax Liability Breakup tab and click SAVE.
