India’s power demand is projected to grow by 6–7% annually, placing increasing pressure on electrical infrastructure to operate reliably under higher load conditions. As systems scale, even minor inefficiencies or undetected faults can lead to significant operational disruptions and safety risks.
Ensuring consistent performance under these conditions requires accurate testing, validation, and proactive maintenance across critical equipment. At Crest Test Systems, our solutions are designed to assess performance under real-world conditions, enabling reliability, compliance, and operational continuity as demand continues to rise.

Since April 2019, Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems (India) Private Limited has been using Crest Test Systems’ CB Time Interval Meter (CTIMe) for preventive maintenance and on-site circuit breaker performance analysis. The certificate highlights the instrument’s good performance, robust build, and its ability to meet operational requirements satisfactorily.
For us at Crest Test Systems, this stands as documented proof of how our solutions perform in real working environments. Recognition like this reflects the consistency, reliability, and engineering discipline that our systems are built to deliver over time.

As the year came to a close, the team at Crest Test Systems came together at McDonald’s to unwind, connect, and celebrate the journey so far. It was a moment to step away from the day-to-day, reflect on shared efforts, and appreciate the people behind every milestone.
Looking ahead, the focus remains clear, to build on this momentum with stronger collaboration, sharper ex*****on, and a continued commitment to engineering excellence. The coming year brings new opportunities, and the same collective drive to move forward, together!

In oil and gas facilities, circuit breakers operate under continuous electrical stress, fluctuating loads, and demanding environmental conditions. Over time, contact surfaces can deteriorate due to wear, oxidation, or mechanical misalignment, leading to increased resistance and localized heating that often goes unnoticed until performance is affected.
Accurate contact resistance measurement provides early visibility into these internal changes, supporting condition-based maintenance and preventing unexpected shutdowns. Crest Test Systems’ contact resistance testing solutions help operators maintain electrical integrity, strengthen asset reliability, and safeguard critical operations where continuity is essential.

AC and DC high-voltage tests serve one purpose, to ensure equipment can withstand real operating conditions. While AC testing replicates dynamic voltage cycles, DC testing focuses on long-term insulation strength and endurance.
Crest Test Systems delivers both with accuracy and control, enabling safe, traceable, and compliant validation across power systems.

Each validation reinforces Crest Test Systems’ position in delivering field-proven testing solutions across critical infrastructure. Every documented installation and joint commissioning reflects performance demonstrated on site, not just in specifications.
The Joint Note issued following installation and commissioning at South Central Railway, Guntakal, confirms successful deployment of the AutoScan PA9600 Circuit Breaker Analyzer with DCRM facility. The system was applied across multiple breaker classes, with close/open timing, travel analysis, dynamic and static contact resistance measurements, and operational sequencing verified as satisfactory.
For Crest Test Systems, every formal acknowledgment represents more than completion, it signifies acceptance under operational conditions where testing accuracy directly impacts system safety and network stability.
