# # 🌼 February – Shortest Month, Longest Impact! 🌼
If January was about planning, February was about *doing, delivering and dazzling!* Here’s a happy little rewind of a power-packed Rotary month:
# # # 🎤 3rd February
We began on an intellectual note with a fascinating **History & Heritage Session** by **Dr. Satish Kadam**.
In synergy with **Rotary Club of Pune Gandhi Bhavan** and **Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud**, it was less of a lecture and more of a time-travel experience.
Who knew history could feel so current and so captivating?
# # # 🌄 6th–8th February
Off to the scenic hills for the **District 3131 Conference** at beautiful **Mahabaleshwar**.
Learning ✔
Networking ✔
Photos with fog ✔
Endless chai moments ✔
A perfect mix of leadership, laughter and logistics!
# # # ❤️ 10th February
A life-saving day!
**CPR Drive Training** conducted by Rtn. Dr. Bharati Adhye at a recognized company.
Because true service means being ready to save a life — not just organize an event. Knowledge + Preparedness = Real Impact.
# # # 💕 14th February
Valentine’s Day Celebration – Rotary style!
No clichés, no violins (okay maybe a few 😄), just good company, fun vibes and individual contributions. Love was in the air… along with laughter and snacks!
# # # 🎯 20th February
A powerful **District Leadership Training Program** by Rtn. Prashant Khankhoje in synergy with **Rotary Club of Pune Heritage** at **Gandhi Bhavan**.
An evening filled with leadership insights, real-life learnings and that gentle reminder — leaders are made through action, not position.
# # # 🏥 22nd February Service mode: ON.
A **Health Check-up Camp for Maha Metro employees** under District 3131 Welfare Medical Project, in synergy with **Rotary Club of Pune Royal** and **Rotary Club of Pune Sahwas**.
Because caring for the people who keep our city moving? That’s real community care.
# # # 🌱 28th February & 1st March
And we wrapped up the month (and rolled into March!) with a bang — hosting the **Rotary Green Expo** at **Sambhaji Park**, JM Road.
Green ideas.
Sustainable conversations.
Community participation.
And yes… lots of walking! 🌿
Hosting it was not just an event — it was a responsibility beautifully executed.
# # ✨ In Summary…
February may have 28 days, but we packed it with:
* Knowledge
* Leadership
* Celebration
* Health & Welfare
* Environmental Responsibility
* And plenty of Rotary camaraderie
Short month. Big impact.
Service above self — with a smile, always. 😊
Onward to March! 🚀

RCP Wisdom – January 2026 Report
“A Promising Beginning to a Purposeful Year”
The year 2026 commenced on an enthusiastic and meaningful note for RCP Wisdom, setting the tone for fellowship, leadership development, and impactful service initiatives.
🌟 New Year & Fellowship
The Rotary family welcomed the New Year with warmth and camaraderie during the New Year celebration and return journey from Nagaon on 1st January, strengthening bonds of fellowship and togetherness.
🏛️ Leadership & Club Administration
On Friday, 9th January, an indoor meeting was held at Gandhi Bhavan Hall, marked by the BOD declaration of PE Rtn. Prashaant Aklekar for Rotary Year 2026–27.
The evening witnessed active participation, followed by a special and engaging session on Tarot Card Reading by Rtn. Dr. Gauri Joshi, President of RCP Westside. The session added a unique learning dimension and was well appreciated by members. Fellowship after the meeting enhanced interaction and bonding.
🌱 Service Projects – A Strong Start
January also saw impactful service initiatives aligned with Rotary’s commitment to community welfare:
On 5th January, a team led by senior Rotarians conducted Green School Project evaluations in Daund Gaon, visiting 7 schools, with many more lined up for inspection. This first service project of 2026 was inspiring and reaffirmed the club’s environmental commitment.
Under the Cherry Blossom Project (Anemia Testing), health screening of 275 students was successfully executed at a PDEA school in the Sangvi area, with support from the FPA team. The project highlighted Rotary’s focus on child health and preventive care.
Career Disha Project activities continued with book distribution to Kamshet PDEA School, contributing to educational development.
Additionally, books were distributed to 3 Interact schools and 12 PDEA schools, ensuring wider educational outreach.
🌾 Recreation & Fellowship Activities
The month also included planning for fellowship-rich activities:
Hurda Party on 18th January, an outdoor one-day trip fostering informal bonding.
AG Visit on 23rd January at Gandhi Bhavan AC Hall with special fellowship.
DG Visit on 29th January at Punyai Hall, followed by dinner, adding prestige and motivation to the club calendar.
🌸 Conclusion
January 2026 proved to be a balanced blend of leadership, service, learning, and fellowship for RCP Wisdom. With impactful projects, meaningful meetings, and enthusiastic member participation, the club has begun the year with energy, purpose, and promise.
