3 C’s of Sales
Conviction is the strong belief and confidence that a salesperson has in the product or service they are selling. Conviction directly helps Salespeople to persuade the customer.
Confidence in sales is closely related to conviction but focuses more on the salesperson's self-assurance and belief in their own abilities. Confidence comes with experience and product knowledge.
Consistency means continuous practice of sales. Consistency also refers to continuous learning and implementation. Without consistency you will no longer be a successful sales professional.
All three are very important in Sales and they’re all interrelated. If anything, your lack will cause you your sales failure.
I have seen many sales professionals who have conviction and confidence but they are not consistent so for the short term they make good Sales but for long they see failure and they end up leaving Sales and blaming it.
I know 90% of you already know about this, but this is basically something we forget to follow so it's a quick cue for the existing and new sales professionals.
