Today, I had the opportunity to visit Lepakshi, a sacred land deeply connected with the Ramayana and the legendary story of Jatayu. 🕊️

The magnificent Veerabhadra Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva’s powerful manifestation, is a stunning example of Vijayanagara-era architecture, with its exquisite carvings, paintings and the famous Hanging Pillar. The sacred association with Jatayu makes Lepakshi even more special—a place where faith, mythology, history and art come together beautifully.
