नई दिल्ली: आयकर विभाग ने लोगों को दो लाख रुपये या इससे अधिक के नकद लेन-देन के प्रति आगाह करते हुए कहा कि इस सीमा के उल्लंघन पर कानून के तहत कड़ा जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा. एक सार्वजनिक संदेश में विभाग ने कहा है कि किसी एक व्यक्ति से एक या अधिक लेनदेन में दो लाख रुपये या अधिक की राशि लेने पर प्रतिबंध है.

इसी तरह अचल संपत्ति के हस्तांतरण के लिए 20,000 रुपये नकद लेना या देना और कारोबार या पेशे से संबंधित खर्च के लिए 10,000 रुपये से अधिक के नकद भुगतान पर भी प्रतिबंध है.

कर विभाग ने आम जनता से इस नियमों के उल्लंघन की जानकारी देने को भी कहा है. इस तरह के मामलों की जानकारी लोग आयकर विभाग के संबंधित कार्यक्षेत्र के प्रधान आयुक्त को या ‘ब्लैकमनीइंफो@इनकमटैक्स.गव.इन’ पर ईमेल से दी जा सकती है.

Due Date for filing of ITR/ Tax Audit Report filing (AY 2017-18) has been extended for corporate assessees or where tax audit is applicable from 30 sept. 2017 to 31 Oct. 2017.

CBDT vide order u/s 119 dated 18/10/2016 has further extended the 'due date' for submission of Returns of income and reports of audit for A.Y 2016-2017 till 31st December, 2016, for all categories of taxpayers in the State of Jammu & Kashmir.

While SBI has activated the facility beginning yesterday, other banks will follow soon,”
